A troubleshooting ticketing website for a development team. A user can submit a request which is identified in the system as a ticket. Developers can then readily identify the action that needs to be taken and solve the ticket. Invoices are sent to clients once all of their tickets are resolved.
This application helps clients track all tickets (both large and small) so there is no chance of any ticket being overlooked.
There is also an option to set the priority of each ticket (high, medium, low etc). A high propriety ticket is flagged to be resolved in 24 hours.
