Will consider higher offers if you can prove you are worth the higher fees. If hired will have a fix mutually agreed upon rate. Some weeks you will probably have nothing to do, and still get paid, and some weeks you may have a few assignments to assist. Bonus Nice Bonus available, depending on your performance Length of time This is the first time we will be using a VA. So this is a probationary assignment (60 to 90 days). This will help us see the feasibility of having a VA. If everything works out fine between us and we see the return on investment then we will extend the contract. All contracts at will so you can terminate the contract at anytime.
