Business manager-employee - work virtual

[The interview will start next Week] We are an engineering consultancy and design company, working 100% virtually. we need a business manager with following job requirements. he/she can operate from home. Job requirements and duties: Phase I Leading phase 1 - Searching new clients - at various platforms 2- Interview with clients 3- Lead the team to complete the work, bridge the gap between team and client, continue communication between them until work is done. Phase II Managing/planning phase 4- Managing day to day business affairs 5- Developing the new business areas, constantly working on it Education: You must not be an engineer by profession, we need a business manager, who has potential knowledge and experience about how to manage and lead business virtually. Basic knowledge of engineering as required will be given throughout the first month. Pay are as follows: USD 200 First month USD 250 Second month USD 300 Third month Fourth month and continue USD 300 + 5% (of Total Job value less 1000, each month) until amount reach USD1000. First three months we will review if work is progressive or not, probably the first month will discover all potentials for both parties, if work is going fine we will continue for next two months, and at the third month we will see if work is progressive then past months, then we continue the job for longer period.
