For my projects, I always start with a creative brief which outlines the purpose of the project and the details. I also include a production schedule so we all know what to expect and when. I also offer a "mood board" which pulls similar projects into one sheet as sort of a visual guide so that we both know the creative direction for this project and it doesn't go way off from what you were hoping to achieve. Having been an account manager, I am able to produce projects on time and on budget. I also think that partnering to insure I'm on the right track is important so that we don't waste any time / resources. Thank you!
