I need a secure credit card form built, our web platform (shopify) cannot offer a built in credit card solution at this stage so we are taking credit card over the phone and submitting manually via eftpos machine. In the meantime, we need our customer to be able to provide credit card details via a form. The form will be accessed via a link/button in the Order Confirmation Email. The form should contain the below fields. After clicking submit a page should say your payment will be processed on despatch of your order. If you have any questions please contact us via live chat or email. Both pages should have the company logo at the header, I will supply this. The submission should be sent to a secure database or email address where administration can check the details, charge the card, and then delete the card details.
