312996 On Page Ad Tracking

Following is what I think I want. I am not a web based programmer and my connectional framework comes from programming in the mid 80s. A lot has changed from then to now. Desired Results: Overview……. I have several web/domain page groups on which I wish to capture my own advertising revenue. 1. Each time a visitor clicks on one of my text/display adds I need to track that activity and subsequently bill/get paid for directing someone to their link. Actually there is no #2, #1 pretty much sums it up. Known data I wish to capture….. Not necessarily in order of importance & you may know of other data items not included in this list, but should have been. Or, data items that are redundant or not needed or not obtainable for some reason. 1. The page from which the click occurs. 2. The ad/display from which the click occurs 3. Time stamp 4. IP address of clicker 5. ?? Other identifiable characteristics of the clicker ?? 6. ?? Other identifiable characteristics of the click ?? At a minimum, what I think I want to happen as the data is gathered, the click is clicked. 1. Data items written, a new record generated in a table, to a mySQl database setup in my domain 2. The clicker sent along to the url given by my advertising customer. I probably need the option of a direct link or a link that is displayed in a new window. Extra, separate quote…….. Design an administrative web page to manage the above data. The minimal items are: 1. Maintaining my advertising customer table and their associated data items, which, from time to time will change. 2. Maintaining the customer's activity generated from the activity as described above. 3. ?? Possible reporting of activity to customer via email ?? 4. ?? Other functions/activities you deem necessary ?? Possible extra separate quote…….. Design the above within the context of a limited Google Adsense system where my advertising customers bid against each other for ad placement on various pages, etc. Possible extra separate quote….. This is a on a completely different subject. Google…. Google give the ability to access parts of their adwords database. I am looking for the ability of search the Google database and retrieve specific traffic data. Normally all such searches are centered around entering a specific key word phrase and then go down the path of finding associative keywords, their activity, and competitive pages for the particular key word phrase, both from a general and specific analysis. I wish to be able to query the data from a different perspective. I am looking for a way to search the Google database from the activity side. Example…. A query that returns the keywords where there are, on average, at least xxx number of searches daily and there are only yyy competitive pages (specific to the exact key word phrase).
