Hi, I am asp.net developer. I have a problem with this wordpress blog [login to view URL] it displays a black bar in the top of the website.. when I reviewed the http response, I found the the problem.. the html page starts with ?<!DOCTYPE html> I edited some files and it saved with UTF-8 encoding, if we convert the file to ANSI encoding and remove the first whitespace line and ? character, everything becomes okay..and the black block disappear.. so I need WordPress programmer to fix this problem. another point, I need to use this format for links: /year/month/day/blog-title Note 1: use chrome to see the problem Note 2: write "wasim" in the bid to know that you read the project description.

Hi i have checked the website. i figured the problem u r facing as i have faced it before. it is called BOM . it is due to utf-8 transformation u done in any editor. and the url can be easily edited in the wordpress admin panel. thanks
