Redesign Form Page using FCKEditor

However the form should really feel like an XP software ... see graphic for example. The upload is not working either on the php so will need to be fixed. In reality I dont need all the functions shown from FCKEditor. The form itself is very simple php code, with the images in the css. Users access the form via a software and can select templates using the drop down (although) only 1 there now, I have another 10 to add. I want to see an example link to similar type of project. Should be just a few hours work for good programer.
