URGENT Form Assistance

I need urgent help finishing up a form. It's a simple registration form that takes the users data and generates a registration code. Then it displays the data on form submitted page for the user to print. The form also needs to save entries to a text file and email a copy of it to me. I'm using Form Processor Pro for the backend script. It's a great package that I use all the time, I just can't get it to work today. [login to view URL] is the address of the company that makes it.
