Interior Architect

We are looking for an Architect who has an expertise in Interior Design. The professional has to have a proven work experience of minimum 4-5 years in architecture and space design. The project is an Experience Centre for one of our priority clients in Bangalore and involves interactive digital experiences. The work will be based out of Bangalore. Key Responsibilities - 1. Work closely with the team (designers and engineers) to understand the context of the project. 2. Liaising with construction professionals, consultants and vendors about the feasibility and details of design. 3. Regular site supervision during execution – thrice a week. 4. Traveling and co-ordination with the project and client team for any updates up till the completion of the project. 5. Creating CAD drawings of the design and revise in the process of development if required. 6. Validate on cost and vendor invoices according to the project budget. Requirements - 1. Ability to adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction without compromising on the quality. 2. An eye for detail and interest in functional and visual accomplishment of design. 3. Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, 3DS MAX, Photoshop and ability to learn any other 3D modeling software.
