Build a Used Cars Site with Ruby on Rails

I have a python script scraping a couple of sites and filling a MongoDB with data. The data is for cars and their pricing. I'd like a front end web application built in Ruby-on-Rails The app will have two sections: 1. Generic access for guests. Here you can run searches and see some analytics. I will embed slamdata analytics for MongoDB into the web page. 2. A secure https login for users as well as registration and a forgot password functionality. The login will use MongoDB to store usernames and hashed/salted passwords. When you log into the app, it will give you the option to search the DB as well as run saved searches. As a user, you should be able to choose a few fields like make, year, model, trim, price range, price delta and email frequency for this search result. Example: Honda, Odyssey, 2012-2013, EX or EX-L or Touring, $20,000-$30,000, price delta: $2000-$5000, and email frequency of once every day.
