Reduce the calling dealy to Mobilenumbers from PBX

About the Project: There are some request from the user’s side and complaints about the delay in establishing a connection to Mobile Networks. This delay or so called Post Dialing Delay (PDD) is business critical for some of the clients. Why this delay is business critical, will be explained later on this Document. Reason behind the delay: As all of us knows, there is a network layer and Physical layer in the GSM Network and we cannot influence or reduce the connecting Time / Delay in this Physical layer, especially the GSM user is always moving from one cell to other and most of the time the device ( mobile) is in sleeping / semi sleeping mode. By using SIP Line and Asterisk, you should be able to reduce the delay to minimum 2 sec. Thank you
