Hi, We need a Bookkeeper. Someone that is good at: - MYOB. The task involves: 1. Processing (on MYOB) approximately 250 transactions (covering a 2 month trading period – April 2015 & May 2015). 2. Recording in a General Ledger format, each of the transactions for the 2 month trading period for each ledger. 3. Creating relevant Profit & Loss reports on MYOB for the 2 month period. 4. Informally giving their personal opinions on a few small questions regarding online KPI dashboard presentations. The above is required for 2 different companies - with the total number of transactions being approximately 250 altogether (ie. approximately 150 transactions for one of the companies and 100 transactions for the other company). We will provide: 1. Last years tax return to help the bookkeeper choosing the relevant categories of income and expenses, assets, liabilities, etc. 2. Most recent copy of BAS return so can see what the GST debits and credits were in the previous quarter. 3. Log in access to the relevant MYOB account. 4. Log in access to Basecamp to access relevant transaction paperwork. The final output wanted is: 1. Processing on MYOB of all of the transactions for the business in the last 2 months – April 2015 & May 2015. (Approximately 250 transactions). 2. A General Ledger document which shows each of the transactions for the 2 month trading period for each of the ledgers of the business. 3. Producing of monthly reports on MYOB for the business for the last 2 months. 4. Giving of their personal opinions on a few small questions regarding online KPI dashboard presentations. The above is required for 2 different companies - with the total number of transactions being approximately 250 altogether (ie. approximately 150 transactions for one of the companies and 100 transactions for the other company). Timeframes: Ideally, we would like someone who can start working on this project on Monday May 11th). For the April 2015 transactions we would like this part of the project completed on, or before, Monday May 18th. For the May 2015 transactions we would like this part of the project completed on, or before, Friday June 5th . There is a high likelihood of regular work doing the above tasks in the future (each month / quarter) if work is done to a good standard. Any questions, feel free to ask.
