New Joomla Site - Professional Look and Knowledge of AlphaPlugs.com

I have designed two Joomla websites previously using templates from: <[login to view URL]> I would like a site of similar look and quality to the homepage of: <[login to view URL]> Features needed: - Joomla account system: Users register on the homepage, there will be some custom fields, including a dropbox box with custom options. There will also be a referral code box, in addition to the referral cookie below. I have found <[login to view URL],com_docman/Itemid,96/task,cat_view/gid,90/> which puts the registration form into a module which is very helpful - Points system Once logged in, users can see their Points balance. We need to be able to upload their points via a spreadsheet (we can calculate the points) - Store Players can cash in their points for items in the store, similar to: <[login to view URL]> I see they use for their Points System and Store a combination of: [login to view URL] and Virtuemart. I think this seems a very good option, given both are free and both are very good! - Cookie Referral For the Joomla account, we need to be able to give people www.oursite.com/ref=joebloggs so they can then give advertisers a referral url. Ideally, once in their account they can see a list of users they have referred and in a dream world the referred users' points balance as well. - Forum with Latest Forum module - News with Latest News module ***Please provide specific examples where you have done this before*** ***I think [login to view URL] can help with a lot of this but I would rather not spend the time trying to work this out myself**** ***I am very friendly and generous to work with despite this long post :D***
