I am looking for someone who is really good at programming C#. I was working with another freelancer who isn't respond anymore. You need to create an Android APP in c# and read the code from the existing API and webapp and put comments in the code. The app is simple, check the attached file. Again, only the android app needs to be made and documentation about existing code
