Cross-platform adult coloring book app

I looking to create a cross-platform adult coloring app that can be deployed to apple, google play, and amazon app stores. I prefer to use code you have already created. Summary of functions: -Category/image navigation: simple, elegant, and user-friendly -display unique name/id for image for each category -tap-to-fill AND pencil/paint mode -maximum pinch-in/zoom-in and pinch-out/zoom-out  -save-to-app library/save-to-camera roll or as background/print/reset on image page -background music selection -social sharing (email/IM/FB/twitter/pinterest/instagram, etc.). Can share after start coloring. -3 undo/redo color history -color selection by unlimited palettes. -No ads -subscription options AND in-app purchases (palettes,and more coloring categories, etc.) -Sections: library(all categories), view other user-submitted pics (instagram/website), My work(saved colored page) -options menu: support/contact, etc. -rating system (custom logic I will discuss) -analytics -notification system (trial promotions, updates, share to unlock, etc.) -splash screen animation In addition to navigation and functions, performance is key. App crashes or delayed tap-to-paint/drawing response is not acceptable. Must support and older versions of mobile OS and devices, not just the newest version.
