I am looking for a freelancer to write a client-side mobile app that will overlay the USSD prompt so users have a touch screen menu option as opposed to a list of options to choose from. It will act a bit like a window on top of the USSD application to give the users with a rich interactive interface. The app should not need internet access to work.
