Telecom Service System ( Developing engineer & Managing Engineer & Business PM )

I am the CEO of a Sub-Company of Global Credit Card Company Group. = We have a plan to provide International Voice Service with e-Cash service bundle. = We want to start to provide reliable International Calling Service to our Users 1st. = After success, we want to merge e-Cash solutions on the Voice channel and Data channel. [ Reference ] (1) We have our own TELCO Switch in Korea now = We install these systems 20 years ago, and still using now. = It is PSTN, not VoIP = International Call Service is from Korea to Worldwide = Support DID Call Forwarding mode and CallingCard mode both. = We have 20,000 Korea DID now under my Switch now, If we make a decision, We can expand 1M DID more (2) We have developed our own APP Dialer for Android now. (Only from Korea to Worldwide) = We use above (#1) Switch systems through PSTN and Optical line. = We will update Hybrid Dialer APP for PSTN and VoIP both as soon as early. (3) We have used our own Softswitch and Trunk in Korea before, But not using now. = Because of the reliability. (Temporary Stop, not used for Commercial Service) = We want to use TELCO's system with 24 hours Monitoring service. = Systems was Sysmaster and Asterisk and Mera 3 models. (4) We have another ( DID forwarding ) Softswitch in the USA now. = We buy one server from DIDx with Worldwide DID connection service through API. = Now 5 US DID Originations to PSTN or SIP to worldwide. = We can add worldwide DID on this Server immediately. I am looking for expertise in Telecom fields (1) Programming Developers and (2) Business PM who can make Joint work with existing team and partners for reliabl=ility and speedy setup but competitional power in the global market.
