161948 Writing 75 page book

Project scope: I have an extremely detailed outline for a book that needs to be written. It is just a matter or refining the outline and massaging it into paragraph format. The finished product should be approximately 60-75 pages in 10-12 point Arial font, single spaced with 1 inch margins. All copy should be written in very conversational, easy-to-read style such as in the self-help books, Chicken Soup for the Soul, etc. (Formal, stiff or thesis writing will be rejected!) Mandatory excellent spelling and grammar skills. Fluent in English (American English is to be used for ALL spelling!) Finished product must be supplied in Microsoft Word via email, and sent to three different email addresses. You must be willing to sign a no-contact agreeing that you will have no contact with my client, non-compete and non-disclosure agreement to commence work. In addition, you will also agree to assign all copyrights to my firm so that they can be transfered to the client. Project drop-dead deadline is Sat. 9/1/07 at 9 AM Minneapolis, MN time. Do not bid on this project if you can not honor this deadline!!! Unfortunately, I can't extend the time line at all. Payment (exclusively through the escrow system) will be made as follows: 50% payable to commence work 10% upon receipt of draft manuscript 40% upon acceptance of manuscript What price you bid is the price I pay. Therefore, make it a not to exceed price and not a price to get started and then additional fees are tacked on later. When bidding, please supply 3-5 samples of your writing. Quality writing will weight more heavily than cost. Upon completion of the project please allow me a few days to post feedback. I promise to post good feedback for a job well done, but hounding me to post feedback right away will not motivate me to do it faster. If you do well on this project I have a slew of work I'd like to take off my desk and hand over to you to do. (The time lines on those are more reasonable!)
