92596 Auto Poster for Backpage

We are looking to have a desktop application software program made to post on Backpage.com. The software will be used on a windows XP based machine. The software needs to post ads automatically without any input from me after the ads have been entered into the program and I have chosen the cities and categories. The program needs to have the ability to schedule ads at specific times and days. The software needs to have the ability to choose multiple cities and different or multiple categories. The software needs to be able to store multiple ads. The software needs to have the ability to use different email addresses that I will input into a list and it will auto rotate through the list at a specified amount that I will choose. Also after posting it will need to check the email address and make the ads live. Also will need to have updates to the program in the future if they ad cities or categories.
