PPC style site

Looking for an excellent programmer, with a customer focus to develop a site similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] using windows, not linux, as the backend OS using SQL. Need the site to replicate the three sides of the interface of these sites: 1. shoppers can browse and click through to buy (onsite not tranferred to seller sites - this is different than the sites above) 2. sellers can post items, bid on listings 3. admin panel Developer must speak, read and write English very well. Be accessible during US Eastern daytime. Could translate to more work after initial design and launch.
