programmer needed with design skills

Experienced programmer needed with design skills who is familiar with adding payments gateways to asp net forums also to auction [login to view URL] to be very competent, communicative & patient. We would like a clone of getafreelancer but would like it to be changed into a 'goods selling auction site'(similar to ebay) would also like some of the layout to be modified for example we would like clients to be able to upload pictures on this site . we need guidance on this so someone with great web design skills is also needed. As well as the Auction site we would like members to be able to set up a shop for a fixed monthly fee. (similar to what ebay offers) They will also be able to receive payments etc through their shops..again like ebay. we also need guidance on this. Along with adding a payment gateway to the asp net forum I would like also like an area created for people to send and receive payments . I can go into this further with [login to view URL] would like a banner added to this forum along with some other buttons. Would like navigation area to be moved and extra links set up. So basic run down of job 1. Add an auction site(clone of getafreelancer) - to be modified-Adding links,buttons, changing colours, basic design changes (must also be customizable for the future) 2. An umbrella site of the exisiting site where people can add shops & stalls to sell their goods. [login to view URL] of forum, add payment gateway to area -- basically where paid professionls can upload their details where others can view this info if chosen they would also be able to make a payment which is held in a pot on our site until clients recieve the info they need. There will be 3 different charges that the customers can choose from to choose from. 4. The sites need to look very professional & work well NEEDS TO BE VERY SECURE. 5. Then we need the whole lot to be linked together! Please do not apply for this if you have no experience with asp net, or have little knowledge in the programming or design area. we really need you to be experienced in all the areas that are mentioned. will pay a deposit. but we would like everything up and running on our system for at least 7 days to test for bugs etc before we release the rest of the payment.
