Simple and Catchy Song Wanted

This is a strange project for this site but probably someone could help me. I'm doing with a friend a project and trying to alienate some songs. so what I need and want are some simple song. best would be very "hookie". without any high intelligent demand. so best would be some kind of pop, but i'm open for any other music suggestions. I don't want to cover any existent song(s) or public domain songs. it's to much work to get the song licenced etc I need the rights to the song.
