Create DXF from waterways in Amsterdam Area

I need a DXF file or other file that can be edited in AutoCad from the waterways in Amsterdam (The Netherlands). The waterways should be outlined with a polyline. Bridges are not considered to be waterways.
I need this file so I can make a CNC file from it. The transition from DXF to CNC will be my work. Your work is to create a DXF file with polylines.
My idea is that you use openstreetmap to get the data from which you can create the DXF file. I tried to create the DXF file myself by using a bitmap image and get this outlined, but the quality is poor.
I attached a file which is called 'Kaart-recovered' which shows the area from which I want a DXF file. It also gives an idea about the outlined areas. However, the quality is not good enough (lines should be more straight).
I attached a second file which is called '[login to view URL]' which shows contains polylines of the image above. There are too many vectors for each polyline. But it gives you an idea about what I expect.
