West River RV Resort

Hello! I want to see if I could get a quote to have you guys do an initial CAD drawing for me on this property based upon a 3 phase, (50 at a time) 150 spaces RV site. Ideally, we’d like to use the wetlands to our advantage and plan the RV sites around the natural treed areas, with a 25 ft buffer around the wetlands. We’d want a 30 ft natural vegetative buffer along with privacy fence from West River Rd. Also would include a 2 acre lake with dock for non-motorized boats, a pool with cabana area, clubhouse, and barbecue area, a 1500 sq ft restaurant/bar with outdoor deck, a 1200 sq ft Country store/barber shop, a 1000 sq ft laundromat/office, a bath house containing 2 showers, 2 toilets for female side and same but also 2 urinals for male side. 15 primitive campsites, a 1200 sq ft AG building (for storing equipment), a dump station, playground, 2 drain fields, 2 6” wells, and one septic tank for every 5 units. We would be using this to seek zoning approval from agricultural to a PUD. So initially it could be somewhat of a minimal CAD drawing, and then we’d also hire you to perform more work with each phase.
