181642 Quick .bat file script

I need a .bat file that should be really easy to write for somebody who knows how to program .bat files. Basically i need a .bat file that i can execute from the command line in the format of: [login to view URL] "D:\path\to\source" "H:\path\to\dest" "7" Such that the .bat file will recursively copy any files in the source folder that have been modified in the last 7 days (or whatever number of days is specified in the 3rd cmd line parameter) to the destination folder. The .bat file should also create any necessary folders in the destination folder such that the folder structure of the original source folder is preserved. I will do escrow.
