127648 Proxy Program

Hello To sum it up, I need a proxy PROGRAM. NOT A PROXY WEBSITE! This program should be like IE or Firefox but it should run under a proxy that I will have set up in a server. The proxy should allow EVERYTHING (i.e. flash, javascript, etc.) while under the cover of the proxy. So this is what should happen. A user should download it off my website (include exe. file) Then they should be able to open it and just start surfing. This is not a proxy website. It is a proxy that will run of my server. Time constraints aren't a concern, but if you say your gonna get it done, then get it done. Also as soon as I pay you, this program is mine, so I shouldnt see any dupilicates of this. Thanks Mike
