191173 Internet Explorer Attachment

I am looking for a small application that will attach to internet explorer, and stay reattached if launching this app in a new explorer window that will do the following: Once attached by install, I would want this app to read from an XML file. The file would be setup like this: <?xml version="1.0"?> <r> <information> <item name="Name" index="0" type="edit" value="NAME HERE" /> <item name="Address" index="0" type="edit" value="ADDRESS HERE" /> <item name="Phone" index="1" type="edit" value="PHONE HERE" /> <item name="Email" index="1" type="edit" value="EMAIL HERE" /> </information> </r> Of course, I would change the item name based upon the system/site that I use. I would need this to populate automatically the information from the XML file if I reach a webpage fields that call for the ones specified in the above xml file code. Very easy project. I would like to see a demo before paying. I have had a great history of fast payments, and this would be the same. Thank you, Michael
