Seeking Expert XAML Designer / Developer to Re-Create Cube Puzzle in XAML / WPF

Seeking an excellent xaml designer/developer to re-create a cube puzzle that is very similar in both appearance and functionality to this (click on the initial image and then the cube will activate and be movable by the user): SAMPLE CUBE: [login to view URL] This article and code may provide some good information although the cube puzzle created using this code is not responsive and also does not function smoothly: [login to view URL] In-order to bid on this project, please be an expert in: 1) XAML Animation 2) Camera/Viewports etc. REQUIREMENTS 1) The cube must be fully responsive (changes in size based upon the size of the window) 2) The functionality must be very smooth with no delays, speed irregularities, time delays or visual distortions when the user is clicking on and moving the different sides of the cube. 3) All of the functionality from the Sample Cube must be replicated in-full - User should be able to change the viewpoint so that the user can view other sides of the cube. - User should be able to rotate all of the sides in horizontal and vertical axis in same way as appears in the Sample Cube - User should be able to win the cube by having all sides each have a solid color. When user wins there should be an animation as in the Sample Cube. - Only thing that should not be replicated is the inactive cube at the very beginning that requires a user to click on it before the user can start playing with the cube. We want the cube to be active from the very beginning. 4) The cube should be resizable and support zooming. 5) The cube should include the colors of our company's logo - the exact color codes will be provided. MILESTONES 1) 10% - Initial functional cube puzzle in XAML - must contain colors that match color codes that will be provided and must function the same as the Sample Cube. This milestone will not be considered complete until all submitted cube contains all functionality of the SAMPLE CUBE. 2) 10% - Provide animation when cube is successfully solved similar to Sample Cube. 3) 20% - Version submitted with all revisions implemented to both cube and winning animation. Revisions will be based upon feedback from company. 4) 60% - Final XAML and WPF deliverables submitted and approved by company. Company will conduct code review and test functionality and appearance of deliverable - Freelancer will modify as necessary until code, appearance and functionality are acceptable by company. This final milestone will then be considered complete. FINAL DELIVERABLES -XAML Source code and compiled code -A standalone WPF application that contains the cube so that it can be used inside the WPF application. No styling of the WPF host window is needed. **Freelancer must notify company in writing before using any pre-existing or open source code to complete this project.** **Please note that company owns all source code, compiled code and any files and graphic design used in this project.
