Implement a thread planner that will control their execution in user-space. It will simulate a preemptive process scheduler in a single-processor system that uses a Round Robin planning algorithm with priorities. Thread Planner implementation will be done in a dynamic shared library, which will load the threads to be planned. Further details are found in the text file below. The resulting code must pass the tests which are found in the uploaded files.
