Drag & Drop WPF TreeView with DB backend, using LINQ, C#, VS2010

I need a basic app with one view with tree view, some pop up dialog boxes, with context menus. I want to display in that tree view three different type of objects following specific set of rules that can be dragged and dropped to re-arrange as needed while keeping the state in the DB. Technologies to be utilized, MS SQL, Entity Model, Linq, C#, WPF, VisualStudio 2010. I have created a DB model I would like followed, as well as a base project with some base drag and drop functionality. I don't care as much about the looks, I care about logic, clean code with some comments and meeting the requirements. The budget of this project is max $100, payable once I receive the source and verify the my requirements and test cases are meet. I will complete the verification within 48h or receiving all the source code and DB changes (if needed needs my approval please).
