I would like to hire a Software Developer

hi i am interested in a software, more like a script. This is what my old soft is doing, is a .exe that when the user executes it, the app checks in a folder for DLL and OCX files in a local folder, then it checks over WAN and LAN on a server for more DLL and OCX if it finds new DLL and OCX files it moves them to the local machine and register the new DLL and OCX then it calls another .exe, so the user can login. I have the old source code if you are interested to see let me know, the problem that i am having now is that when it tries to register any new DLL and OCX with regsvr32 sometimes it works other times it doesn't work, so the help desk need to manually install them. Another problem that i have with my old soft is that if we apply a new DLL or OCX and the user PC downloads the new files, if those files are bad for any reason and we need to add the old DLL and OCX back, my soft doesn't update those old DLL and OCX only the new ones.
