I need someone who can draw up simple floor plans from my sketches. (Please send samples). You must be accurate and be able to make one set of plans in around 24 hours from my sketch or from an old architects plan. (You will need to check your work before sending to me). I will have between 2-8 plans per week and require them back the following day after sending to you. I pay from 10 to 30 AU per set of plans.(one set of floor plans may be a property with between 2 to 6 bedrooms on 2 floors.) Only reply if you are sure you can do this. I am +10 hours on GMT (Melbourne, Australia) so you need to work alongside me or be ahead of me. Please ask if unsure.

I can design on auto-cad and we are 5+ GMT so i hope it will be help full for you. I have no problem in managing this time as i am available 24 hrs for this kind of job. I can also submit more projects on request. Attached are the sample of on going jobs. We have also pictures of completed projects.
