MY CUSTOMER IS SELLER IS SELLING HER HOUSE IN ARTESIA, NAPLES. DURING THE INSPECTION THE INSPECTOR INDICATED THAT THERE IS CRACKING ON A GARAGE WALL. CAN I GET AN INSPECTION BY AN ENGINEERING FIRM. IN MY OPINION, THE HAIRLINE CRACK IN THIS 3-YEAR-OLD HOME IS NOT STRUCTURAL, BUT A SLIGHT SURFACE CRACK. AND DOES NOT PRESENT ANY STRUCTURAL PROBLEM.
