Graphics Pro to reformat template design for Floor Plan Files (provided) in jpg format

I need a graphics pro to make 12 jpg files for me. I want to display 12 floor plans for my condo community on my website here: [login to view URL]!/floor-plans The existing photos are placeholders in an album. I purchase the re-drawn floor plans from a third party. They send the files to me using a generic template like the ones on my site now and I don’t like it. I’m attaching a mock-up of what I would like the images to look like. Each of the 12 files would display a new floor plan, new descriptive text below the images “Unit Plan D” and new text in the two text boxes at the top. The text at the bottom would remain the same for each jpg file. It is important that all of the files are the same size. The third-party files come to me about 5Kpx “X 3.5Kpx. The graphics pro will lift the floor plan image from the files and create a new jpg file, the same size, with custom text which I will supply like shown in the mock-up. If the design professional wishes to make any suggestions that would improve the overall look, I would love to hear them.
