Hello,
Here is a sample of my work:
People bet on sports for numerous reasons. Betting can make watching a game of any kind a lot funnier and also competing with your friends. A lot of people bet on sports for fun. But most of gamblers are in this business with only one motivation: to beat the bookie and to win money.
I’m not going to tell you about a miraculous scheme that will bring you tons of money. I will not try to tell you that beating the bookie cannot be done. There are some people doing that, but they are only a few. Remember that being an online bookie is very profitable, and profits can be done if everybody is winning against you. What I’m going to do is tell you what you should NOT do when placing a bet.
I have been gambling online on many sports for five years now. I have only bet on small amounts of money trying to find the perfect scheme that’s always winning. I even got close to it. But after months of tests and calculation, when I thought my scheme was perfect, looses started to accumulate and I saw my account going to red. Back to the drawing board with another idea and another sport.
First of all, don’t place single bets. Even if you think the game is for sure, you will see that is not worth it and after drawing a line, you will loose. Even if you win, let’s say three games with 1.3 odds, if you loose the fourth bet, you will loose money. The safest sport to bet on 1.3-1.5 odds is tennis, mostly women’s tennis. The chance the favorite to loose is small, but finally you will get a favorite in a bad streak that cause you to place loosing bets. Try to place a combo, that’s combined bets that multiplies your winning. Be careful who you choose, because the favorites don’t always win (that’s the key of betting, isn’t it?). If you take all the certain favorites at odds of 1.05-1.20 and place a ten bets combo, you will get the combined odds of 2.0 lets say, but one of your favorites will almost SURELY loose, causing you whole bet to collapse.
Don’t bet against the odds. Thinking that you know that a team or player who isn’t favorite will win a certain game is not good for your account. Even if you are right in some cases, on the overall you will loose. The bookye has a lot more information than you, and he updates the odds accordingly.
Don’t bet on your favorite team or player. This is a subjective bet, and even if you try to bet with your mind, you will end up betting with your hard. Plus, if you bet against your team, you won’t be able to enjoy the game as much as you would like.
Don’t bet live. Watching the game on TV is something, being on the fields is something else. If you see a fast paced game of soccer in the first half, you think: “It will be a goal in this game”. You run to your computer. First of all, you see that the odds are very low. The bookie thinks the same as you, and gives you a 1.10 chance of a goal in that game. You say: “Well, small earning, but this is a sure bet”.
Minutes after you placed your bet, the game calm down. Both of the teams think that a draw will be a good result and start defending. You will spend the whole second half screaming at any goal opportunity, but the game will end up goalless. You loose, bookie wins. End of the game.
Well, when you see all this Don’t, Don’t, Don’t, you can ask: What should I do?. Well, I haven’t find out yet. Maybe you will find a perfect scheme. I wish you good luck and I hope that in the future, you will share that scheme with me, as a repayment for these simple steps I presented you.
