**PROJECT TITLE: The Lazy Diet Ebook ** **Write Simple** **100-200** **Page Ebook on** **The Lazy Diet** I am looking for a writer to write no less than a **100** page ebook on the topic of **The Lazy Diet (see long description for general outline on the topic.) Please indicate in your bid if you will provide pictures or simply the text for the ebook.** **PLEASE NOTE** that I looking for a writer to work with LONG TERM and will need you to also write other reports/Ebooks in the very near future providing your work is of quality material and your price is reasonable. **PLAGIARISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED**! Please keep in mind that I do require the following from you; A signed contract stating that this is a WORK FOR HIRE creation that you will own no rights to and that your name will appear nowhere on or within and that I will own all rights to including resell and distribution rights. I also need you to include; - A basic 1-2 paragraph summary description that simply explains what the ebook is about and what it covers. (THIS IS A MUST!) This is a VERY EASY job, especially if you are a great writer, so please bid fairly. ## Deliverables I'm looking for an eBook called "The Lazy Diet" about swapping foods for lower calorie options or ways to make the food people enjoy lower in calories. The book is not for those that want to exercise and drinking alcohol is still ok. The goal is to reduce your average calories in every meal while still eating the food they enjoy. I'm looking for an Ebook that will be similar to the "eat this not that" but its not about completely swapping the food you eat but also modifying the foods and drinks people like. The goal is to have this Ebook read similar to the "eat this not that" book but with a twist of swapping parts of the food and not necessarily swapping the whole meal. I have listed a general outline with the expectation you will expand on it. A few examples would be: **Food ** **the lazy diet option** Rum and coke vs. Rum and diet coke or coke zero Burrito vs. Burrito bowl ( no tortilla) or a chicken instead of beef Cheese burger vs. cheese burger with no bun or without cheese, or no mayo or turkey burger Pasta with creamy sauce vs. Tomato sauce Large French fries vs small French fries or salad White bread vs. wheat bread 12" sandwich vs. 6" sandwich Ranch dressing vs. Italian dressing, or low fat ranch dressing Sausage vs. bacon The book outline would be #1 Introduction -here is a basic sample to get an understanding with the hope that you will expand on it. First of all the lazy diet is designed for real people with busy lives, that either don't have time to go to a gym and run on a treadmill for hours every night or just don't like exercising. So if you're looking for a weight loss program that has exercise as the main component of the program this is not the weight loss system for you!! I know from personal experience that for you to loose weight and keep it off the weight loss system has to have two key components that most weight loss systems lack. Many will only address one of the components but not both. The first component is the weight loss system, i.e. diet, exercise has to make a calorie deficit through reduced calorie intake or through excessive exercise so your body will burn more calories then you consume. There are a few problems with this, one if you drastically reduce your calorie intake your body goes into a survival mode and tries to store as much energy (fat) as it can. So you will start by loosing the weight but ultimately you cant keep up the reduced calorie intake and you will end up going back to your normal eating habits and with a reduced metabolism from the restrictive diet you were on and you end up gaining all the weight back and probably a few more pounds with it. Thus the term yoyo dieting that many people experience. So how do you eliminate yoyo dieting? That's where the second component that most weight loss systems fails to factor in when creating their weight loss system. The program has to be easy and something the person can stick with. If the person quits or stops using the program then ultimately the program has failed and the weight will come right back. When I created the lazy diet, I took both of these components into consideration it had to work and it had to be easy. Thus the lazy diet seemed to come to mind. A few things that seemed to be key factors in diets I have tried and failed at had a couple common components. The first was they had an exercise routine that I couldn't maintain for the rest of my life. I mean who has time for hours of exercise everyday?.not me!!! The second thing that diets seem to do is take away all the things in life I enjoyed no carbs?.no?sugar?.no alcohol. Well I'm not ready to give all those things up for the rest of my life and I'm sure you're not either. So when I developed the lazy diet it had to have both components if it was going to work. I think the lazy diet will fulfill both requirements. #2 Keys to successful long term weight loss- 1.) The diet, weight loss program has to have you body burn more calories than it intakes. a. Crash diets don't work b. Exercise does work 2.) The sustainability of the program a.) This is where most diet, exercise programs fail because they hard too hard to follow or keep up b.) Who can go to the gym 2hrs a day -not me for the rest of my life c.) You can't be expected to not have another drink, or enjoy the food you like this ultimately leads to the diet failure or program failure #3 Explains the The Lazy Diet a.) It's about reducing the calories in each meal b.) Everyone's lazy diet will be different- based on what foods you eat c.) You eat the foods you like just with simple calorie reduction d.) Alcohol is ok just reduce the number of nights you drink or the number of drinks you drink or reduce the calories in the drinks you mix them with e.) Desserts are ok just look for a lower calorie version or reduce the number of nights you have desert each week. #4 How you will get skinny on the lazy diet. Describes how easy it will be to loose weight and be skinny #5 Tips- for reducing calories a.) If you eat 12" sandwich everyday order a 6" and make yourself go order the 2nd 6" after you have finished the 1st 6" sandwich b.) Drink lots of water c.) #6 Calorie counting- no calorie counted needed but knowing calorie amounts is important Restaurants have calories on menus Supermarkets have calories on packaging look at them and look for lower calorie options Smart phones apps to tell you calorie counts-list some smart phone apps #7 25-50 popular restaurants A list of menu options and ways to reduce the calories for each with the calories savings. An example would be. Carl's Jr 1 The original six dollar burger? = 910 calories 1 Large Natural Cut French fries = 470 calories 1 Large Coke = 256 calories Total =1636 calories The Lazy Diet 1 low carb six dollar burger ? = 570 calories 1 Small Natural Cut French Fries = 310 calories 1 Large Coke Zero = 0 calories Total = 880 calories Total reduced calories =756 calories #8 supermarket foods List foods and foods that can replace them i.e. bacon vs. sausage, nonfat milk vs. whole milk, turkey burger vs. 20% beef burger, bowl of ice cream vs. weight watchers ice cream bar all with the calorie savings for each option. List by category, the list below is not complete but a start to give you an idea Some examples would be a.) Snacks: chips, yogurts, fruit, candy bars, cookies b.) Drinks: teas, energy, juice c.) Frozen foods: deserts, dinners, lunches, breakfast d.) Pizza e.) Salad dressings f.) Dips & speads g.) Crackers h.) Soups i.) Cereals j.) Sauces k.) Pastas, noodles, rice l.) Breads m.) Condiments n.) Meats o.) Deli meats p.) Cheese q.) Bagels #9 popular foods people make at home and ways to reduce calories #10 Alcoholic drinks- list drinks and ways to swap the mixers or alternatives to reduce calories
