Redesign our logo and create a few banners

We need a slick designer with a proven track-record to: 1. Redesign our existing logo (low-res file attached). The icon designed using the attached file will have the words 'Srirangam Srimad Andavan Ashramam' as part of the logo. 2. Create five to six banners for our website which will be simple collages of a photographs 3. Design a letterhead using the new logo We would need: 1. All original files in high-res (either photoshop or coreldraw) 2. High-res Jpeg images of all files 3. All logos will to be in original colours, single colours and black&white 4. All logos should be in white-background as well as transparent background (for overlaying on other backgrounds) 5. The logo needs to be provided as a standalone icon of the image, but also in full with the icon plus the words 'Srirangam Srimad Andavan Ashramam' in the above formats. We need to get this done fairly urgently. As a charity with a reduced budget, we are looking for competitive pricing, which will be a high priority for us.
