fix compiler errors with Qt and MSVC 2017

deliverable: project compiles without error and runs. using: Windows 10 QTCreator 4.7.1 QT SDK 5.11.1 VS 2017 Community edition see this thread: [login to view URL] must fix these errors and warnings: error C2065: 'INTMAX_MAX': undeclared identifier warning C4002: too many arguments for function-like macro invocation 'round' and all other warnings / errors related to this problem (i think fixing those two correctly will solve all the rest) problem is likely related to stdint.h being in two locations, with different definitions? and including "chrono" which includes "ratio" (built into msdev) \Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Community\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.15.26726\include\ratio freelancer type: expert at Qt expert at Visual Studio 2017 Familiarity with CoreFoundation for Windows (CFLite) is important, since i think that's related (it's where my copy of stdint is coming from) we will get on the phone and do screen sharing, so you should have a 4k monitor we will work on this 'till it's done. minimum pay is $100 even if it takes you 5 minutes to do. however: if the problem doesn't get fixed, then the pay is $0, since i'll pay only for results.
