The program performs the basic function of a timer. The user is asked to input the time in hours, minutes, and seconds but the second and minutes only limit to 0<=60 and hour limits to 0<=24. After the user input the values of time, the program then starts to count. When the program reaches the user's inputted time the program displays the time reached. The program then asks the user if he wants to set the time again until the user chooses to stop. I NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN EXPLAIN IT TO ME IN DETAIL My budget is $5 only.
