302901 CSS Modifications on template

I have purchased this template: [login to view URL] I need some CSS modifications done to the template to allow it to be more flexible to accomodate various text. The biggest problem is that if too little text is entered into each text area, the block shrinks and parts of the graphics are cut off at the bottom of each block. I need for a minimum height to be set for each block so it will display properly even if no text is entered. I also need it to expand to accomodate more text than it was designed for without breaking. I want this to be fixed entirely with css (no html spacing) to allow any type size of content to be entered. I also need the company name to go across the top of the header (above the menu items) if needed instead of wrapping at the current position. Some other positioning changes are needed to the header text (not the menu items) It needs to work in all major browsers. I have included a sample file for your review. I will only send the entire template to the selected bidder. You will have a chance to review the template prior to accepting the project.
