Need exisiting site css and html cleaned up!

This project is pretty simple and should only take a few hours max. I have all site files ready to be sent over. I need you to go through and fix css and html issues. First I want all the css working from a sytle sheet ( currently it is not) also there are styles that are used for the same effect but named different styles on different pages. We need to make one css file [login to view URL] and have all pages work off of that. I would like all text font styles to work off css file as well. Currently they are all inline font styles per page which I think is messy. I have a psd with 2 images that need to be swapped out for current images. What I mean by that is I have a new header/logo image that I want changed out and a optin newsletter box I want added into the sidebar. They currently are part of a psd but I can slice them if you like or I can send you the psd and you can do it. These are all super easy changes and so I would like this completed by june 4th at the latest. We are price motivated so lowest qualified bidder wins. You MUST provide relevant work in a pmb to be considered.
