Need some Javascript work done

Hello there, I am looking for a qualified individual and is a javascript/jQuery/CSS3 expert to edit my small page/template to get the desired effects as this screenshot: [login to view URL] Basically, you'll be tasked to create a 'masonry' layout very close to that screenshot. Here is what it looks like currently [login to view URL] The images should be resized accordingly and if you click the image, it should open in a lightbox. The lightbox can be custom created or a 3rd party of your choice. There is an included lightbox from the CMS, but it's not that great, I'd prefer a better one. The goal is to make everything look 'slick' and futuristic as that's what the site is geared for. If you're able to achieve this successfully, you'll make a lot of money from me :-) I'm a sucker for eye candy and CSS/JS animations.
