Code a responsive email template urgent !!

I need my designed email template to be coded into fully responsive email template .It should work perfectly in all the devices. Please share your past responsive email templates you have created and also let me know your approach , how will you build and upload to email client to be send over .Include "Happy" at the top while applying else I will not consider the proposal.
