Create a social media aggregator template, using HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript\Jquery

I need a bespoke, responsive template created for a social aggregator application I am building. I will be doing all the backend work, I need the html5, css classes and javascript\Jquery for the frontend. I will hook in all the Ajax calls to the template to make it dymamic. I therefore need a very competent front end developer, I will need to see some previous work to give me confidence you can do the job in a timely manner. What is a social aggregator? Its one web page that displays streams of data from different social media providers. You can take inspiration from TweetDeck or Hooksuite, images attached. 1) Stream based display. Each stream needs to be able to show data from a social media provider e.g. Twitter\Facebook etc. (Just do Facebook first). A facebook post consists of a root post, a comment and a reply to a comment, this will need to be displayed in a hierachy. Check out Hootsuite it is free to use, see how the display Facebook posts, with Author image and date time post sent etc. When a person clicks on an author image it will need to open additional details in a popup screen about the user. 2) The screen needs to be able to have the streams loaded dynamically. 3) The streams need to be drag and drop. 4) A stream needs to be able to be filtered to show a subset of data. 5) I need to be able to set an id against a stream and save the state of it, e.g. What filters are applied etc. 6) Each stream will need search functionality on it. 7) A post within a stream needs buttons to be able to be replied to, marked as reviewed, escalated and refresh. When replying the user needs to be able to select an account to reply from. 8) A stream needs an infinite scroll to display more posts. I will need ongoing ad hock tweeks to this template, so it will be an ongoing relationship.
