Hubspot - build me a custom email template for marketing

I’m looking to create a custom email template for my Hubspot account to increase brand awareness. I have a rough idea for what I’d like, but I am open to suggestions and ideas. I want my template to include images to help with my company’s branding, and I need someone who can create a visually appealing design. This project requires someone who is experienced with custom coding and template design for Hubspot, as well as with HTML, CSS and responsive web design. Ideally, the designer should understand how to effectively layout information for maximum impact and readability, so that my message comes across clearly. I am looking for someone who can take my project to the next level, creating a high-end email template that engages my target audience. I ultimately need an effective vehicle to reach potential customers who can be converted into leads or sales.
