3039 Data Entry, PDF Manipulation

Part I: I need someone to create an HTML index modeled after the attached PDF index. (It would be one column, not two, but the same format.) ACCURATE data entry will be required so that the HTML matches the PDF. You will supply me with a single HTML file when complete. Part II: I need someone to take a 125 page PDF catalog (already in digital format), and, using Adobe Acrobat or some other program, EXTRACT the appropriate pages and save them as separate files. Each filename will be unique, matching the index name from part I. Ultimately, each link in the index (from Part I), will link through to the appropriate pages. You will supply me with all of the individual PDF pages (hundreds) via an FTP site I will setup. Thanks for your interest!
