Consolidate to one Excel document

I have a Word docx file ("mailing address labels [login to view URL]"). I need the data moved to an Excel .csv file. Each row in Word would be converted to a column in the spreadsheet. For these entries make sure 00-Type is filled with "linkedin". There are no more than 150 mailing addresses to convert. The column headings will be: 00-Company Name 00-First Name 00-Last Name 00-Job Title 00-Address 00-City 00-State 00-Country 00-Post Code 00-Type For previous bidders, note that 00-Job Title and 00-Type are a new addition to any previous sample you have provided. After this data entry, you can do the same with the other "agents" Word file ("mailing [login to view URL]") which has about 360 mailing addresses. For these entries make sure 00-Type is filled with "agents". The final spreadsheet must include but not be limited to all the companies and addresses (157) in the following file: [login to view URL] For any company listed in the spreadsheet so far, include all the contacts (names and job titles) from that company as found in the "[login to view URL]" file. Each contact will have a unique row in the spreadsheet, so to do this you will repeat the company and address information for contacts who work at the same company. For companies with missing contacts, check the "linkedin_paulmd369" file to find contacts. In your response/bid, it must be absolutely clear that you read the project, looked at the file(s), if any, and have something intelligent, clear, or informative to say about what you saw, or you will not be considered. A bidder should identify status as a single freelancer or part of a team using a shared account. Some projects may be too risky to entrust to rotating team members who will not be able to efficiently maintain the consistency of knowledge throughout changes on complex projects. Other projects may be sensitive enough where a single point of accountability limits risk of compound error. Failure to identify status will result in a negative presumption. Please do not reply with long boiler plate messages or credentials, or we will suspect an automated reply and it will count against you. Asking any kind of question showing your insight into the project outcome is considered a major plus. There should be no expectation for cpanel access, paypal, or use of skype or any other communication outside this venue. Please do not expect or request bonus payments. Bid your worth from the start. All work files must be delivered at end of project, including all files and source code used to make the final product.
