Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data

I am Building a Workbook in MS Excel to create a database of all the Golf Pros in UK registered on the PGA website; [login to view URL] I want to use a different worksheet within a single workbook for each county. The column and line layout for the sheets must be identical for each county because I want to use the data collected to do mail and label merges so I can create a letter and envelope for each Pro. I have copied a workbook that I have already started. It is clear from this what is required. Not all Pros list their contact number and some of the email addresses are hard to find. When I started the sheet I started with counties near airports but you will see from the tabs that I have continued alphabetically: Avon, Bedfordshire, etc. I want the sheets to continue by county, alphabetically using the list I have attached. To display the data; simply enter the county in the search box and from the list on the left hand side of the page click the small + and the information is displayed. I would like to see a sample page completed so I can assess the understanding of the task and also some references please. The successful candidate will be given further work projects.
