Steps for Project 1) Refer to “Crop Segment Wise working Template” sheet - “Segment Defintion”. 2) Take the “Segment ” and select the first name given there and copy on “Sheet 1” in the yellow highlighted area (its already done for the first 2 segments) 3) On Sheet 1 refer to the format given, its given location-wise, there are 2 parameters to enter – Treated Area & Volume. 4) In case of treated Area it has to be entered for product 1 to product 9 and also the total treated Area 5) In case of Volume it has to be entered for product 1 to product 9 In order to enter this blank information, you will need to refer to Location-wise File, as of now I have provided the East Central Location file to you called file “East Central – Pest Split”. Open this file. 6) Now go back to the “Crop Segment Wise working Template” sheet - “Segment Defintion”. 7) Refer to Column “Crop” & “Pest” which is placed against the “Segment” that you were working on in “Sheet 1”. 8) For this “Crop” & “pest” Refer to the “Treated Area” sheet in “East Central – Pest Split”. Here the first Row represents the Crop and the second Row represents the “Pest”. 9) Now identify the value for each of the crop pest combinations against the desired product and enter into the sheet. 10) In order to enter the “Volume” information in the “Sheet 1” Sheet, Refer to the “Treated Area” sheet in “East Central – Pest Split”. Here the first Row represents the Crop and the second Row represents the “Pest”. 11) Now identify the value for each of the crop pest combinations against the desired product and enter into the sheet. Example:- Segment - Bengal Gram - Heliothis/Spodoptera Crop & Pest – Bengal Gram & Heliothis, Bengal Gram and Spodoptera So for Product 4, East Central Treated Area = Bengal Gram & Heliothis + Bengal Gram and Spodoptera = 597102.62 + 71145 = 668247.62 So for Product 4, East Central Volume = Bengal Gram & Heliothis + Bengal Gram and Spodoptera = 540.9 + 60 = 600.9 Values have been entered in the sheet for your reference - This exercise has to be carried out for each of the segments listed on the “segment Definition” Sheet. Table for first 2 segments is already created on the “sheet1” sheet. For rest of the segments you will have to create it. - Currently, I have only provided the reference sheet for one location which is “East Central”, I will be providing additional 7 such sheets for each of other locations East Coastal West Central West Coastal North Central North Upper South Central South Coastal And you will be carrying out the same exercise for them.
